"Bill Mosley has been
observing the evolution of San Diego’s visual
history since the 1950’s. At the beginning
from his studio on India Street, he has watched
the wrecker’s ball demolish structures that
were functionally and architecturally current thirty
years ago as San Diego raced to abandon its past.
Mosley’s urbanscapes initiate an open-ended
dialogue about the nature of this change. Are we
building for the sake of building or in response
to human need?"
